LSU CB Greedy Williams among top names still available heading into Day 2 of the 2019 NFL Draft

We take a look at some of the best prospects still on the boards at the start of the second-round.

While the Pittsburgh Steelers addressed one of their biggest needs with the pick of Michigan linebacker Devin Bush in the first-round, they could still use some help in other areas. But thanks to the way the draft has unfolded so far, there are still plenty of talented options left on the board as the Steelers get ready for day two of the 2019 NFL Draft.

After sending their second-round pick to the Denver Broncos as part of the trade that netted them Bush, Pittsburgh is currently set to have just two selections on Friday, both coming in round-three. However, given some of the names surprisingly still available, a move back up into round two should not be completely discounted.

Cornerbacks Byron Murphy and Greedy Williams were the top two players at the position according to most experts ahead of the draft, but both still remain on the board at the start of day two. Temple cornerback Rock Ya-Sin is also still waiting to be drafted, a prospect many projected to the Steelers in round one.

If Pittsburgh is looking to add a wide receiver, the favorite to be the first wideout taken with the bookmakers has yet to hear his name called in D.K. Metcalf, as does Nasir Adderley, a popular choice with some sportsbooks to be the first safety drafted. Washington safety Taylor Rapp and Florida safety Chauncey Gardner-Johnson are two more players who received some first-round hype now destined to go in the second-round or later as well.

Perhaps of little interest to the Steelers, but quarterback Drew Lock is still looking for a home and Oklahoma offensive tackle Cody Ford is also something of a surprise inclusion on the list on the availables as we head into day two.

Michigan edge rusher Chase Winovich is still out there for Pittsburgh fans hopeful of a reunion with Bush in the Steel City this year, although it seems unlikely he will last all the way until the Steelers first pick in round three. If Pittsburgh really does like him as much as some have suggested, he could be the player that inspires them to make another trade.
